Over the past while let’s just say, I have acquired a taste for this green concoction full of antioxidants 🙂

I like to use organic produce in a juice because you leave the skin on but if it’s not available just be sure to wash with care.

Add the following ingredients to a juicer :

Greens 10-superfoods-healthier-than-kale *This article lists the least healthy to the healthiest of greens. I use whatever I have in the fridge but watercress is the #1 pick !

Ginger aclk I love ginger so I always use a big chunk 1-2 inches( peel first !)

Turmeric turmeric-health-benefits Fresh is best – they have it at Farm Boy 🙂 Again

Juice of one lime limes

Of all of my kitchen tools, one of my number one essentials is a juicer.

Although a juicer sounds expensive, it doesn’t have to be. I have a Hamilton Beach and it works like a charm . I use it every day 🙂 ref=asc_df_B00JQ485JO

Notice I didn’t put any exact measurements beside the ingredients. It’s really up to you. I like to play around and over the years have found what works beset for me.

Try it ….you might like it.

If you don’t ….you’ll get used to it 🙂
