In honour of International Chardonnay Day, I’d like to raise my glass to a hidden jewel I recently discovered in Vieux Hull, Quebec: Astoria Bistro Botanique. During my impromptu visit, I picked up a wonderful treat—a bottle of Bodan Roan – Chardonnay.
