My latest discovery, Boreal Farm and Farm Store – Low Quebec.
Owner Christa De Benedetti is a beautiful soul, full of warmth and creativity .
The food grown, and prepared by De Benedetti, and by members of her community, is sold from an existing building on her property; a farm store, open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Boreal Farm and store is an experience that should not be missed . Personally I would describe it as a slice of heaven on earth. So much goodness ! Good people , good food , good everything ! I say good but that’s understatement . I absolutely love this place 🙂
In the summer months there is Sunday yoga in the fields which I am definitely planning to check out and snowshoeing in the winter . “Glamping” your thing ? Boreal Farm has camping in comfort, all year long .
